Тема Customizr довольно не однозначная, при установке предлагаемый Nimble Builder отсутствует, и уставить его нельзя, так как и в WordPress каталоге его нет. Соответственно построить сайт тоже не удастся. Возможно это исправят. Так как построить ни чего не удалось, а демо отсутствует, за основу в замере скорости был взят официальный сайт, который при всех показанных в теме оптимизациях показал весьма средний результат.
