The Airi theme is nothing special because it is based on Elementor. It does not have its own features, optimization at 4 points. Even taking into account third-party optimization.
Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache, as well as the site is located on the proxy CloudFlare, with its optimization. I think if you remove Elementor, and take a builder based on Gutenberg, you could optimize 100 out of 100 points. I’d like to note the excellent one-click import of demo content.
